One call, from anywhere in the state
Our home base is Kansas City, and that is where we know the hospitals best. But Medicare help does not need a drive. We help people in St. Louis, Springfield, Columbia, Joplin, Cape Girardeau, St. Joseph and the small towns in between, all by phone or video call.
Here is what we do for you. We find the plans offered in your county. We compare plans from many insurance companies, not just one. We look up your doctors, your hospital and your medicines for each plan we offer. Then you choose. Our help is free, and the price of a plan is the same as going direct.

Hospital network guides
Medicare Advantage plans use networks, and hospitals can join or leave a network each year. These guides show what changed for 2027 in each area, with sources.
- Kansas City hospital networks for 2027. Saint Luke's, University Health, HCA Midwest, NKC Health and more.
- St. Louis hospital networks for 2027. The big St. Louis area health systems and Medicare Advantage.
- Springfield hospital networks for 2027. Hospitals in Springfield and the Ozarks.
- Joplin hospital networks for 2027. Hospitals in Joplin and southwest Missouri.
- Cape Girardeau hospital networks for 2027. Hospitals in Cape Girardeau and southeast Missouri.
A Medicare Supplement works at any hospital in the country that takes Medicare, so networks only matter for Medicare Advantage. Our doctors and hospitals page shows how we check.
A Missouri rule worth knowing
Missouri has a yearly anniversary rule for Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans. Each year, within 30 days before or after your policy anniversary, you can move to the same plan letter with a different company, and the new company cannot turn you down because of your health. For example, Plan G to Plan G. Changing to a different letter usually means health questions. It does not apply to Medicare Advantage.
Kansas does not have this rule, so it matters if you ever move across the state line. Read Missouri vs Kansas rules or our anniversary rule guide.

Questions people ask us
Do I need to live in Kansas City to work with you?
No. We are based in Kansas City, but we help people anywhere in Missouri by phone and video. St. Louis, Springfield, Columbia, Joplin, the Bootheel or a farm in between, it works the same way.
Do you have offices in other Missouri cities?
No. Our only home base is Kansas City. Everyone outside the Kansas City area works with us by phone or video call, and you never have to drive anywhere.
Can you check my doctors and hospital if they are not in Kansas City?
Yes. Medicare Advantage networks are set by each plan, and we look up your doctors and hospital by name for the plans we offer in your county, wherever that is in Missouri.
Are Medicare plans the same all over Missouri?
Parts A and B are the same everywhere. Medicare Advantage and Part D drug plans are offered by county, so the list in St. Louis County can be different from the list in Greene County or Jackson County. We start with your ZIP code.
Does it cost anything to work with you?
No. Our help is free, and the price of a plan is the same whether you enroll with us or go straight to the insurance company.
